Model “Slim” tank takes up little space in height, so it’s possible to expose products in GN 1/3 or GN 1/1 h=40 mm baking pans or directly in pirced trays on the bottom surface.

“Slim” recessed refrigrated tanks are made in aisi 304 stainless steel inside and outside, with welded and diamond bottom.
