“Gold” model display case allows to expose fresh pastry products and praline as if they were precious jewels to admire on an exhibition smooth plan, extractable or fixed, without visual obstacles.
The body is insulated with a low density ecological polyurethane, stainless steel inside and plasticized beige sheet outside. the upper structure is in 10 mm-thick extraclair temperated glass, u.v. glued.
The electrical control panel is inside a detached steel box provided separately and on the bottom you find the output evaporator tube and water condensation discharge.
